we know that by far the biggest task of organising any vent is the management of it. It's also one of the most crucial components when organising an Event because if your event is to be a success you must have total confidence that group members or potential customers have timely access to accurate information which is available in a number of formats e.g. phone, e-mail, website, fax and post. You will also constantly require updated reports that will help enable you to take critical management decisions.

We will also mail enquirers booking forms, invoices and tickets for your Event. Whilst ensuring that any returned necessary documentation such as booking forms have been completed correctly and that participants have paid for their tickets in full and in a timely fashion.

Payment processing, we can process all your ticket sales including installment plans and we accept all major credit/Debit cards along with Cheque and Postal orders. We will supply customers with invoices upon payment and also mail tickets by recorded delivery.

we can supply you with customised event tickets, lanyards and wrist bands to help you identify and manage your group members whilst on your event.

We'll also take care of things such as coordinating departure locations and times along with making sure that all necessary formalities have been observed e.g. port and immigration authorities requirements. We also supply and prepare other required documentation such as ferry/flight passenger lists, confirmation of travel letters for members in your party who may require Visas and where applicable supply hotels with rooming lists in advance of your arrival.

statistical event reports

From luxury hotels to quality low cost accommodation. As part of our standard event management service our Event coordination team will provide you with a number of optional regular statistical reports regarding your event which we can update you with daily if required. We can also create special reports based on your specific event requirements. An example of some of the typical standard reports we will provide to you whilst managing your event are as follows;

  • Total number of enquiries, this can help you to identify how well your overall marketing & advertising campaign is going as well as the level of interest on a day by day or week by week basis.
  • Origination of enquiry, this information can help you know exactly where enquirers heard about your event and will enable you to identify exactly which medium is generating the best response for your event. This in turn can help you to more tightly focus your advertising campaign as the report will allow you to see breakdowns for the relative categories e.g. flyers, e-mail, mail lists, radio or print advertising etc.
  • Number of tickets sold, of course you will want to know exactly how many tickets you have sold as this is the one true bench mark of how successful your event has been. It will also allow you to decide if you should increase the number of tickets on sale or add additional dates!
  • General event overview, this report will give you an overview of how your event is progressing and will be obtained by gathering information from customer feedback to mailed literature and questions asked and comments made by customers during telephone enquiries. This information will broadly enable you to evaluate whether the information potential customers are receiving is effective and relevant.
