Amsterdam is by far the most popular Student Mini Break that we organise at Events2order. Every year we organise more student events to Amsterdam than any other student destination and it's not hard to guess why!

Apart from Amsterdam being one of the most relaxed and liberal cities in the world, it offers visiting students an opportunity to immerse themselves in world famous art and history on display in the many museums, such as the Ann Frank House and the Van Gogh museums. Amsterdam is also steeped in historical buildings and has a rich tapestry of cultures along with relaxing Canal Cruises and great shopping. At night students will find that Amsterdam lives up to it's renowned reputation for being the "party capital of the world" with it's thriving entertainment and night life, which many of our student groups unsurprisingly find of special interest. Many of the night clubs have resident DJs who are well known on the European and world DJ circuit.

amsterdam 4 day suggested itinerary

We do not impose a set itinerary for any of our events however we would suggest the below itinerary as a starting point for your academic group. Don't forget that our team of experienced event organisers are always on hand to help tailor any of our events or itineraries to meet your groups requirements, at little or no extra charge.

Day 1: After a warm and friendly introduction from your experienced and knowledgeable driver, your modern luxury executive coach will depart from your chosen departure point late on the evening of day one, for the journey to Holland. The channel crossing will be by either ferry or Le Shuttle and you should arrive at your centrally located 3 star hotel in Amsterdam early on the morning of day 2.

day 2:After an early morning check in to their hotel rooms students will be able to spend the rest of the day at their leisure. Unless you have pre arranged with us to organise an educational activity or excursion.

Day 3: Today will be another excellent opportunity for students to visit some of Amsterdam's or Rotterdam's famous tourist attractions. With the coach on hand, why not do both! As Amsterdam & Rotterdam are only 30 minutes away. If you have another idea for an excursion then just let us know and we'll be happy to organise it for you as part of your standard package and in most circumstances free of charge!

Day 4:All too soon it's time to return home! After a late breakfast it will be time to check out of your hotel and begin the journey home. On route we will stop at a hypermarket where you will be able to buy a number of familiar UK brand items at prices typically cheaper than in UK high streets! You should arrive back at your original departure points during the late evening of day 4.
